Your seat might be a little snug with an Interstate tank, but it will fit.

Definitely get the interstate tank (unless you have the velocity stacks on your carbs which might hit the sides of the tank).  You'll appreciate the extra 25% fuel range.  Bolts right on, as long as the extra port on the bottom is blocked with the stock fuel level pickup assembly or similar cover.

Thank you all. first waiting to see if body shop can fix mine after the deer attack. It an 8 gallon custom I would hate to loss it. Just needed to know my other options. Thanks again.

I had read that there was a large capacity aftermarket tank made for the Valk, but I would expect that it is pricey. Repairs being covered under insurance? Then get it replaced/fixed.

yrs ago, it was fiberglass and about 10 gallons. ethanol killed them.  I don't know of any others out there except for the few custom ones made by riders, usually they widened the OEM one
