I put my cell phone in the safe and locked it up. The drivers seat doesn't match.

Hey Vance.

It is all starting to make sense now with the collection of bikes and boats those two have.  ;D

I will get in touch with him and I'll let you know if he has the matching seat so you can get your phone out of the safe.  :2funny:

I'm just going to say this:

There is a lot of extras that if someone wanted a "special project", extras could be sold and one could be in it for close to nothing with a perfect running bike.
Do the math  ;)

Just saying

Lately the amount of Legacy Valkyries for sale is staggering, is it the exodus of the I can't ride her anymore and it needs to go to someone who will ride it.  Problem is that group has their own collection.

I keep telling myself that it is a fake ad or scam so I won't call him & I believe me, I reallllllly do!

Definitely feels like an Exodus Jerry.

Good thing we ride and enjoy our bikes for the great bikes they are.

.   We do and I have been really enjoying the Interstate as my first Valk was a Black IS. Surely would like one for Palmetto .  Ahh the Valkyrie spell. Just think Jack, some have left and gone on to other bikes and say they are happy :2funny: they lie and the truth is not in them. :2funny: :uglystupid2:

OLDFRT

I am glad that I can still ride. Haven't succumbed to the "Bike sitting around, not being ridden" malady. But I can't afford another Bike.....

The driver seat does have an Ultimate backrest on it, maybe it is an Ultimate that he had reshaped and shaved and the old cover did not fit.

That Black beauty sure does have some really nice goodies on her.  :cooldude:
Its not listed under Motorcycles it under Motorcycle parts.

John Schmidt

Hmmm.....so I could change out the tank, saddlebags, front fender and side covers. Then remove the trunk and mount my seat and tank/fender bibs. Doing all that because I have paintings on all those hard parts and they're all interchangeable. On second thought....too much work.

It is close to you Jack, you should go take a look.

You are right Terry but at today's prices one is better of buying a donor bike, cheaper than buying parts.
This is a weird time in the Valkyrie world.

What kind of exhaust is that or are they tips like Grumpy makes ? He could use that spoiler for the trunk you sold me Jack or maybe who ever buys it. Hey Vance the seat looks like he might have sold the Ultimate and put the stock back on.

some but,  if I picked it up I would set it up the same as what I just did with Greg's bike, I am very happy with the trunkless IS, and any parts not on anymore, just stash.  So far the only thing for sale is my Low Boy entire IS set as the seat does not work with Sherry or I after a couple rides.  So value in parts is keep them.  Very tempting for so many of us but man...........   prolly good thing this up coming trip is soon as it keeps me at bay.

I give Nick credit, he has the resolve to stick to one Valkyrie when others are having convulsions.

The scuff guards maybe $250 the fork covers $250. Pod lights kit $800 trunk $500 brackets $100 bag guard $100.  Best guess as I feel even parts unless very rare are not selling well anymore.

So..... You mean one could have a nice supervalk for about $1,500

That's not bad at all if you ask me.

If I did not have a full stable I would definitely jump on this one, just does not make sense for me.
If this thing sits any longer I'm sure one of the parts companies will pick it up and part it out.   :'(

Jerry, didn't you say you would like to have one of this for the palmgetto hood?

Maybe you can take some of the hard to get parts with you on your upcoming trip and sell them out there with shipping included.

Just saying .......
