Anyone with knowledge of a SCCY CPX-1  9mm Black Kryptek. It is a 10 round with two mags. Sale price is $189.99. I an looking for a smaller pocket pistol. They are on sale at Big-R until the 29th of this month.

No personal experience or knowledge.

But I found a very favorable review.  http://www.firearmsinsider.tv/gun-gear-reviews/2016/2/12/sccy-cpx-2-handgun-review

It's small, but not mini.  It looks like a striker fire, but it's a concealed hammer fire.  Lifetime warranty.

The two biggest negatives (from the review) are: it shot high with most ammo, and a long 9lb DAO trigger (revolver like, like my Kahr) (but that makes it safer as pocket carry).  But well made, and reliable.  I like that the 1 (not the 2) has a manual safety, also good for pocket carry.  It will require finding the best ammo for accuracy and reliability.

I really like Hickock-45 video reviews: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vTgFs-m59RY

I'm not a fan of lollipop colors, but you don't have to get one.

Looks like a good deal to me.

For nighttime, you can get trigger-guard lasers (green and red).  (can screw up pocket holster fit though)

A quick look also showed a lot of choices in pocket holsters too.

I wrestled with this decision myself earlier this year and finally decided that the EC9 met all my needs, adding the extra$ mag for two more rounds capacity which also makes the grip fit my hand better. It slips into my back jeans pocket perfectly (using the short mag) and has the nicest trigger pull of ANY that I dry-fired at the gun show (and I tried them ALL). Many of those pocket 9's had horrible, heavy DAO triggers. The EC9 trigger is so smooth and predictable, you'll think it was expertly gun-smithed. <I kid you not. (The LC9 is just as good if you like its functionality, and they share all accessories) Out the door price was ~$260 all told. I bought the extra capacity mag online for ~$30.

I still carry my Bobcat .22 more often than not, simply because I haven't made a leather de-print "wallet" for the EC9 yet. Need to find raw leather and I haven't found a source in a brick and mortar store yet. 20+ years ago, I found some in a saddle shop in Albuquerque, but I haven't found one of those lately in my travels. Sure can't find one in NoVa, and I forgot to look when I was in Omaha, lol.

I apologize for another post that fails to respond to your question (I have no knowledge of the SCCY CPX-1 9mm Black Kryptek), but saw this Rural King ad this week (my wife said she almost throw away the ad because she knew the Taurus would catch my attention). I did not check it out and know nothing about that pistol either.
