My heart is broken to have to tell all of you that we lost a brother on Tuesday. Mike Hahn was found dead in his shop by his brother Joe Tuesday afternoon. Mike has been ill for some time and was seeking treatment but I have no information on what was wrong with him. Mike and I would talk at least one a week. I would go over and have lunch with him now and then just to hang out. I had lunch with him about 4 weeks ago and he said he was very tired and didn't seem to have any energy. I was really worried about him. He was so full of life and loved to travel on road trips on his Valkyrie. Alaska was one of favorite rides and was planning on going again in May with Dolor. A few years back he had his Valk shipped to Brazil to ride with Dolor all over South America and back to SoCal. He was great Valk mechanic and help a few of us install belly tanks. He was also working on a 74 Power Wagon project as well with plans to take it to Alaska for 3 months. He would do anything to help you if he could. When I called he always said what's up Uncle Dave.

I will miss you Mike, you were like a brother or perhaps the nephew to me.

This is sad news.  Mike upgraded our kitchen, for us, a few years ago.  He did a great job.  I loved hearing his stories about traveling adventures on his Valkyrie.  Sorry for your loss Joe.

Dear friends:
You guys have no idea how broken are our hearts about the passed away of my heart-brother Mike.
We had wonderful times together sharing many many lanes, lunches, dinners, unforgettable talks and   friendship.
Ângela, Rodolfo, Rogério, Michelzinho, Lucas and many others friends are very sad about this bad news.
My heart overflow from my eyes and I keep in my memories all the incredible moments that we had together.
He came many times to Brazil, specially  at my house, and around the table full of friends we listened and talked many "miles" on the routes thru all the countries in the three Americas we had been  with Angela and Elton.
We miss you my brother Mike!
We miss you my brother Elton!
You both for sure are splitting the lanes on paradise!
You know how much we loved you!
Stay in peace!
