Bike not ridden much lately. Have a noise at idle after engine is warmed up. Goes away with a blip of the throttle. If it were a small block I would suspect a waterpump noise. 92000 miles. Thanks, Will a waterpump act this way?

Never heard anyone say a water pump made a sound like that. Slightly too tight timing belts can do that as well.

Hmm,  belt hasn't been replaced yet. Could maybe tension pulleys in the belt system be getting worn?

To me, that sounds like you have a rubber vacuum hose which has a hole in it.

I'd inspect the timing belt tensioner pulleys. At about 50k miles one of mine was spitting out grease and fairly loose. At 90k could definitely see one of those starting to squeal.

Honda only sells the entire tensioner assembly for like $100 each, but there's a write up here to rebuild them using a readily available/cheap idler pulley for a Kia something-or-other that is very similar to the OE one in dimensions (it's slightly wider than needed, but it fits fine).  You just drill out the riveted pin holding the actual pulley onto the arm, and replace it with a carraige bolt to hold the Kia pulley on. The idlers were like $8 each on Rockauto and took maybe 15 minutes to "rebuild". Been running them for about 20k now with zero issues.
