No, I only have the copy that Moonshine gave me a few years back... I've been adding names to it. If you have an updated one, that would be awesome!

I took the one she sent out last year and typed it into a database file.  I already emailed it to you.  If you don't have the ability to work with it, just shoot me the updates and I can get them taken care of quickly.  If you've Microsoft Office on your computer, you should be able to open it.

As you can tell, I did a LOT of work.  Took me a whole afternoon.  The 1st hour was setting it up.  Remember to send me an updated copy when you get done with it.
