HAs anyone used the Kury Swing-wing pegs?

Has anyone used the Kury Swingwing pegs for rear passenger replacements? If so did you mount with offset extensions or straight to the oem passenger peg mounts? Need to get something with different foot positions to make long rides better for the wife.
