Regarding coal production in the US, the graph in the following link shows that coal production declined rapidly from 2008 to 2016. 

And then, my some miracle, at the end of 2016, (maybe a magic wand was used), the steep decline in coal production stopped and stabilized.  In fact coal production increased from 2016 through 2017.  It then shows a slight decline.  I did not look for data for 2019.

I can't ride yet because we still have much snow. I get that you love the President. If you have been following I don't support ANY democratic candidate.....ever. Our President is a total clown.....every day.
