Twenty seconds of washing. Applying soap is not washing. Rinsing is rinsing, not washing.   Think of your washing machine. You put the soap in. It fills with water. It's not washing yet until it's agitating. After it's done washing what does it do?  Rinses. You will be there at the sink near a minute if done well. And we should be spending that minute maybe 20-30 times a day

If one  is sheltering in place, no one is coming in, and your and spouse are the only one there.  Why are we washing our hand multiple times a day..  Other than after using the head?

Washing is good if interacting with others, out of your shelter place, I agree.  BUT at home?  why?
