Belly Tank Question

I posted this on the 1500 Tech Board last night. Does anyone have an answer to my predicament?

Long story short, I've had two valkyrie's for some time and everything was just fine. I was put on 3rd shift at work for a few years and my bikes just sat in the garage. You know what happens when you let them sit. I have my green/black Tourer being worked on right now. It has a belly tank and the mechanic wants to drain the old gas from that tank but he has some questions. Does anyone know how to get in touch with Roger from R & M Works other than just email? Does he just take the belly tank off the bike and drain it that way?
