        I've worked construction. Most if not all jobs have performance clauses. Even driving truck could cost the company on late delivery. We-U S of A-Really NEED to be more stringent on not only Who we gift with money or arms or technology etc etc BUT Demand physical PROOF anything we gift them with is being used properly.
