QuoteThe Bus is Todd and Pennies new Air BnB on their land. Todd still has his Interstate and they lead us on a great ride day up to Tennessee and around.  107 sure was a nice ride!

You talking about 107 in NC near Sylva?  Yeah, it's a good one!! Did you try 215? It's right in that area.
did not find 215 so on the list it goes.

Jerry 215 was the road that we did the time that you were behind Tim on his white Harley road glide

Lots of good roads in the area!  :)

I really like the 215 heading towards Lake Logan, you get to find a beautiful water fall along the way and then the lake is something out of a postcard  :cooldude:

I spent a lot of summer time in the Sylva area over the last 11 years. It is a great town, we especially like the library/courthouse high on the hill in downtown, for a great view and the historic building is beautiful.

When you're riding out from downtown on 107 towards Cashiers look for Speedwell Dr. it comes in on the right ,just past the University at Western Carolina and is a twisty beautiful road. It curves back to 107 and right near the end is a pretty lake  and setting.

Another great, hardly trafficked road is 281 as you also head towards Highway 64 and Cashiers. Another road with cool water vistas as well.

As you leave west from Sylva in Dillsboro (or Waynesville) is the best BBQ I've had at the Smokehouse BBQ, brisket to die for!

Best of luck and hope it works out for you!

If that's the one I'm thinking of, I have a picture of the water fall with my old bike setting on the bridge. The Honda ST group used to have a yearly rally at the Blue Ridge Motorcycle campground on 276. We've moved over to Moonshine Campground near Sylva. Lots of good roads in the area!

That is crazy!  We are doing some nail biting on the perc test but as long as that works we are on.   We love the area.
