2 Beer Can Chickens going for a ride on the Smoker Express tomorrow !!!

They have been scrubbed, bathed, and brushed with a combination of soy & worcestershire sauces,
brown sugar, sriracha hot sauce, and honey ..... and will chill in the fridge.
They will hit the Smoker Express tomorrow mid afternoon over apple and pecan wood...

Sound delicious! Always good to have something to look forward to. Especially in these crazy times. That's a great Mother's Day meal for Laurel.

We usually cook / grill / smoke something during the week that will have leftovers for another meal or two Tony.  Last week it was smoking a brisket, and we ate that a couple different times, finishing it yesterday with breakfast.

I am planning on having a fire in the pit this afternoon, as we will be trying 3 different IPAs, and roasting corn on the cob to go with the smoked chicken.

I couldn't leave well enough alone last night with the already basted chicken, as I gave each a good shaking of Roasted Chipolte Garlic seasoning... This should add another flavoring to the party.

I am more than just another pretty faced, easy going, lovable Harley Rider..     ??? as this is the Mother's Day dinner for Laurel !!
