carb tuning

there was a post on here not long ago that some one put on , on how they adjusted their carbs and got them back or really close to factory spec. does any one remember who post that, I thought I marked that but I can't find it now , it was kind of a long post. can any one help get me to it or remember who posted it. thanks for the help.
