Hotel Reservations for InZane XX

As of today (12 May 2020) all June InZane hotel reservations at the Double Tree and at the Hampton have been cancelled.

At least those at the Double Tree will receive or have received a cancellation notice if they were listed as InZane XX.  These cancellations are for the June dates. 

A same style room is being held at the Double Tree for the July dates.  By the end of this week everyone should receive an email from Motomama with instructions as to what needs to be done.

This is a complicated operation for both the hotels and for the VRCC staff.  Thank you for your patience.

Just got my confirmation for for my room at InZane!    Motomama & F6Gal and the rest of the InZane Staff .... you guys are the Best!!!!

As of now, emails have gone out to all those who registered for Inzane and requested a room.  Some received a confirmation from the hotel for their room and those that did not should have received an email from me with the instructions for booking their room.  If you did NOT receive either email, please contact me so that we can be sure you are taken care of.  You can email me at Motomama.vrcc@gmail.com.  In addition, if you did not request a room and are in need of one, please email me!

This is NOT intended as a negative against VRCC or hotel staff, I think it's amazing the job they're doing!

But just a heads up, if your reservations were automatically moved, double check to make sure your new reservations are for the same room type as the old one was. Mine changed from 2 beds to a 1 bed room.

I got it straightened out all online, no muss no fuss, just double check to make sure your reservation is for the right room type...

...and looking forward to the ride and seeing all you friendly folks in July!
