Question about airhorn hose

Hello,

Recently a picture of a Valk in a Harley article was posted. Pretty funny.

I would like to upgrade my airline from the stock black hose to the braided stainless line in the picture.

I am wondering if anyone knows what diameter I need and type of clamps.  Is this a type of sleeve that slides over the original air hose or is a replacement length of hose, similar to a fuel line hose?
