Old Crow Medicine Show is the bands name. One of my favorites.

The song is Wagon Wheel...It's a Bob Dylan song that was never finished....until OCMS got a hold of it...

just  searched it on shazam,the song is calledbreathe in,the artist is frou frou, I swear I didnt make that up,and that is the correct spelling
