I'm tired of the *&^%$ cooties too  ... and I came downstairs last
night and heard something dripping... my hot water heater was just about to
go nuclear. I turned off the water to it and opened the sink valve and the
leaked stopped. I hope I'm not too old to replace a water heater in one day  ...
