Heartbroken, the Avs surrendered three leads against the Stars and eventually lost in overtime.
They were outsized and lost four key players to injury; they put up a helluva fight against Dallas, came back from being down 3-1 and took it to seven games.  "Wait until next year."
Beaten by the first rookie hat trick game 7 of the Cup run in the history of the NHL.  No easy feat.

Vegas/Vancouver has been a fine series as well that wraps up tonight with the winner going up against Dallas.
Pulling for Las Vegas.

Tomorrow will be another game 7 of Islanders vs. Flyers and that should be a doozy to determine the east final against Tampa Bay.
