Ok I think I'm missing something here between the 2 rulings.

Here's what was said a few days ago regarding Pennsylvania

https://www.npr.org/2020/10/19/922411176/supreme-court-rules-pennsylvania-can-count-ballots-received-after-election-day

And here is what was said about Wisconsin

It sounds like same argument but 2 different outcomes.

I hate to say it but there should be something which states unilaterally for all states on the subject of mail in ballots as to how long to count ballots.

IMO Election Day is Nov.3.

Any ballots POSTMARKED NOVEMBER 3 should be counted. ALL BALLOTS should be (must be IMO) postmarked to verify their date of receipt. As far as the counting of ballots, that's an issue which has been discussed for months and states have had months on how to organize the tally and with expediency.

If I'm wrong someone set me straight, but any ballots postmarked November 3 should be counted and all ballots should be counted. A deadline of however many days to count can cause votes not to be counted however a prolonged count cannot be a norm either.

7 days after Election day for the deadline of counting - all states - no exceptions. No ballots counted if not postmarked (if mailed) or received by Election Day ( if other than the USPS is used). But the states are responsible for getting the ballots counted.

The court's most conservative justices — Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Clarence Thomas — said they would have agreed to the stay request. But Chief Justice John Roberts joined the court's three most liberal members to reject the request.
"Some people see things that are and ask, Why? Some people dream of things that never were and ask, Why not? Some people have to go to work and don't have time for all that."

Are there people in America that don't know when Election Day occurs? Come on man, give me a break!

Exactly.  Personally I think NO ballots should be counted after election day. Come on. Everyone knows how slow the USPS is. Mail in's should have been sent in at least a week ago. I'm voting in person on election day.

I heard on Fox this morning about a story that is trending on Twitter. Evidently some people who voted early are asking if they could change their votes. Speculation says it's because of the Hunter Biden story.  I don't tweet so anyone know about it?

They said, according to Google, the trending searches are Hunter Biden and "Can I Change MY Vote".
