Got a few of these little guys.  Really cleans up the look.

Totally source able.  They are Kuryakyn 9002.

3m tape to hold them on?

Yes.  They are a tab big so you have to build up a few layers of tape or use thicker stuff.  The black you see is 3m reflective black tape I put on.  You'd normally see the yellow reflector in the slots.
