If I can add LED's

 I have some driving lights that I bought used a couple years ago that are a sealed beam light 4.5", in a chrome bucket. Not sure of the manufacture but has anyone been able to convert these type to LED driving lights  ??? I bought a Eagle LED headlight that looks great but need to upgrade the light bar to LED. Thanks in advance.

I've been told not easy to do due to the amount of heat LED generate. they some type of ventialtion/air flow so they don't expire early.

I'm not sure Cobra spots are the same size, but I use these LED fixtures on two Valks (see below thread).  They're just a tad bit too deep, but you can cut off (dremel) and seal the protruding "button" on the back.
Not a difficult mod.

I have the Show Chrome light bar and replaced the driving lights with LEDs from Eagle lights...had to make my own plug due to limited pace, but it's been fine for the last year.

Sure can. Eagle Lights has 4.5" LEDs. Invite been running them in my Cobra Lightbar for years now.
