Riser bolt torque

Can't find in the archives how many ft/lb's I need to tighten my
riser bolts. I found it for the top four bolts, but not for the 2
big bolts coming up from the bottom. Also, should I put anti-seize,
thread locker, or nothing on any of the bolts?

P.S. Did I mention that Santa brought me some Big Bike Parts risers?
Well......I DID help him pick them out!!  4" up, 3/4" back!!!

Success!! Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Sure would have
been easier and quicker with 2 people, tho. Took almost 3 hours, BUT,
that includes one trip to the store (thread locker) and 2 interruptions
from my neighbor. Also, had to go fix my mom a pot of coffee and visit
with her for a few minutes. So, let's say an hour and a half if you do it
by yourself. I took the gas tank off before I started, didn't have to worry
about denting it. Now I have to find time to try them out!!!

If ya ever do it again, just put an old comforter on the tank and gently lay the bars on it......   NO need to pull that tank...

Yeah, that was the plan, but I figgered I might as well clean and oil the
K&N while I was tinkering so I took the tank off. I also have some lights
I'm going to mount on the engine guards. I put that off till another day.
