Looking for a black heal toe shifter. I have searched and see Kuryakyn makes them for earlier model GL1800 wings that will fit (Chrome) only. Anyone have info. regarding availability of black? Possibly other manufacturers?

Grind off the chrome & powder coat. IMHO even the factory accessories for our bikes like the passenger back rest & carrier look stupid in chrome. My biggest peeve with the black & burgundy/red bikes is the horrid silver paint on the grab rails & forks, timing cover. Black would have looked so much better. Everything I add will be changed to semi gloss black. All I haven't done is front forks. As soon as I service front end that crappy silver paint will be gone !
