I won't shed any tears but just like overthrowing a foreign government/ leader you have to wonder what you get as a replacement. It would be amazing if we had some leaders in Congress who embraced compromise.

I won't shed any tears but just like overthrowing a foreign government/ leader you have to wonder what you get as a replacement. It would be amazing if we had some leaders in Congress who embraced compromise.

It probably is time for new leaders (in both parties) I have less than a handful of hopefuls in each party.  But, I believe Nancy Pelosi will go down in history as one of the most effective Speakers of all time. If my memory is correct (that's debatable) it was John Boenher who said the job was like "herding cats". She herded better than all !

Everybody will fade away eventually. She may go another 6 months. She may go another 6 years. She has been underestimated her entire career.
