Help changing profile email address

I'm having difficulty changing my profile email address.  I'll be changing ISP's n the near future and will be losing my current email accounts.

The problem is every time I input my current password it errors stating: "The password you entered was not correct"

I've tried using my old passwords as well as current but same error is displayed.

I've attempted to reset my password by choosing "Forgot Password" to have the system send me an email but I never receive the reset password email.

Clicking Contact Staff link results in a 404 error page not found, so I'm not sure where the best place to request assistance is so posting here.
