Computer person.....the Wife and I had gotten a new Canon MP560 wireless printer as a joint Christmas present and I don't know how to set it up to work with the desktop and her and my laptops......geeze.....I'm almost as bad as that old fart Scooter.....

Thanks David....I think Mike Marshall is coming over here tomorrow to see if he can help me out..I'll write your # down in case we need some back-up.....I have some pretty good instruction manuals, I just don't understand all the terminology....

Not in computers...I know just enough to get myself in TROUBLE!!...the calculators and phones today have more computing power than the computers had back when I was in school...what I really need is a 10yr old kid...they'd have had me set up lickety split!!....

Mike and his Wife are on the way over....I'm trading him lunch at the Taco Stand for his expertise.....they must really love that Taco Stand food to drive all the way over here to help me.....

I read the subject line and Instantly looked at the "what's your job" thread. Sorry Stan  I did not see any one that listed them selves as a Psychiatrist specialized in crap-house crazy city gardeners!        as for the 'puter stuff I feel your pain. My business system crapped out 3 days before year end inventory began. Apparently windows registry was corrupt when I backed up my data and then system32 shut down. Not sure what that means other than I'm gonna be here for 3 days with a freakin note pad and have to enter every thing manually!

.........Mike has gotten me hooked up on my desktop and laptop and he's working on getting the Wife's laptop to recognize the new printer now...it wasn't too hard, he just knows a LOT more about this stuff than I do!!.....Thanks Mike!

Mike...aka Hubcapsc got me all hooked up.....We had a good time visiting with him and his Wife while he got the new printer connected....we ate at the Taco Stand for lunch first, and it was GOOD!!...you know us VRCC guys always have to work a meal into any meeting/ride....
