No reply possible on multiple boards

Serk noted no reply is possible in any threads on the PaM board. 

I discovered no reply is possible in any threads on 1500 Tech, Memorial Board, or Inzane Board, and I think none of the State Chapters either.

I know some work was being done on the Classified board, and now reply there IS possible.

Reply still enabled on 1800 Tech Board and General Board.

I'm not complaining, just trying to help.

The reply issue seems to be fixed, but a new one has appeared - when I click on any user's name to see their profile (To search their last posts, find their contact information, etc) instead of seeing their profile info as I used to, I'm getting the following:
