Took off on the Wing and headed for Key West a few weeks back.
Left town in full rain gear and the rain followed us all the way to Georgia. Once in Florida the sun came out and stayed out and the temps were higher than average for Florida in late Feb.  Miami was tee shirt weather even for a after dark walk for Dinner. The ride to through the Keys was as good as I could ask for. Clear, sunny  and  warm all the way down and back up two days later.
The ride back home once out of Florida was "weather as usual" Rain through the Carolinas and gearing up in Virginia on in the last morning we were starting out at 26 degs. It did get up to 39 deg as we crossed the NY line into CT.   Sorry I was hopeful I would bring the warm weather back with us.

Now 1 & 1/2 weeks later I am back to work and ready for the madness of spring (I think, well.. I hope)

Thanks guys, it was a nice get away. I had forgot how much fun that ride thru the Keys can be.
Bike week had not started so Hotel rates were great on the way down, but coming back up Vendors were setting up and we passed many Motorcycle trailers. There were 10 Harley Tractor Trailers rolling down 95 alone.
