Been doing  research  about this.  Quilt vs blanket, size, stitching ect.  Pricing  can get in the  several  hundreds of dollars.   Anyone  have experience  with this?   BTW,  haven't  addressed   the electrical issues  with  my  IS yet.   Laid up with arm surgery, riding  is a couple  months  out.   Thanks in advance  for  replies

I love the caves in citrus county WMA. I'd be glad to take a trip up to look at your electrical, and maybe learn something and possibly fix or find your issue.

I have no experience with the quilt or blankets other than I know that quilts can be very expensive. A woman at our church makes beautiful quilts. Folks send her a picture and she'll will design one from the picture. Are you looking to buy or construct? She has made some from tee shirt too. Wishing you a speedy recovery. :coolsmiley:

I'm no longer  an XL, and have sooo many  t-shirts,  very  vintage,  probably  quite  rare.   Many  70's concerts,  a dozen Indy 500,s,  many  ama racing  venues,  Bike Weeks, Leesburg,  Spooks and Scoots. You get the  picture.   Thought  a blanket or quilt would be so cool!    What are of some of You alls favorite  shirts. I'll start.  From the movie  Running Cool,  it was first  to be named, Bad to he Bone, after the lead character's name, Bone.  Got a shirt from the film before  the name change also a  Robin Zander autographed  CheapTrick Concert  was offered a hundred dollars  in '93 or so for it.

When I was laid up I put a heavy dose of techron in the tank and had a friend take my bike to the gas station to fill the tank so I could rest easy knowing my carbs would not gum up.  My bike sat for three months and fired right up no problems when I could ride again.

:cooldude:  My favorite T-shirt's that I'd put in a blanket could be the 20 or so from my running days. Especially my Peach Tree Road Race 10k runs.  :coolsmiley:

I still have my patchwork corduroy and felt quilt my mom made me as a kid.

It's a little rippy and worn, and also for a single bed I don't have.
