My brother has a 99 Tourer he's let sit for a couple of years.  Needs a battery for sure, but I cautioned him on trying to start it before clearing the cylinders of a possible hydro-lock.

He has about ZERO mech ability.  Supposedly, he worked on choppers in the Army. :roll:

Looking for anyone that can work on her, to get her running.  Might need some carb work.
