Gathering in N. FL Oct. 7-10

  Well I've been talking about the beautiful roads in N. FL around Tallahassee for some time now.   A couple of you have said you'd be interested in making a run to Tallahassee. For most of you it'd be North.  
 So with that said I'd like to see if we could make it happen. I have a good friend who is a sales manager at the StayBridge Inn in Tallahassee right off of I-10 on East Hyway 90. Great spot for a gaterhing. I could secure some rooms at a good rate too. There is camping near by for those who would want to camp.
I'd like to see if we could pull it off this fall. I will be sure to check that there is not an FSU game scheduled and that I can secure the rooms. If we can't do it this year next year for sure.

Ok, I edited the survey with the dates considered. Those dates listed are a Sat. but we would get there on the day before. So Sept. 17-19 / Oct. 8-10 / Oct. 29-31.... The weather of course can cancel the plans. I hope that helps right now and if one of those weekends is good let me know. I'm totally flexible right now. Those dates there are NO FSU games.

Great interest, Thx guys. I have secured the dates at the Staybridge Inn for Oct. 7-10. That is a Thursday arrival and depart for home on Sunday 10th. I did Thursday if you'd like to ride the area on Friday. I have gotten a great rate of $89 a night. That is a morning breakfast too. This is a great place to spend time getting together too. The rooms will be blocked starting tomorrow after lunch. Right now I've secured 12 rooms. More are available. You guys can goggle "the Fish Camp" maybe for dinner Sat. night and "Bradley's Country Store" they've got a sausage dog that are Awesome for lunch on Friday maybe. I hope you can make it. Great, so I'll see you Tundra along with Nick, Mike, Jeff, Casy as it stands now. What do ya'll think about arriving on Thursday? That would give us Friday and Sat. for terrfic rides around the area. Maybe ride down to St. Marks, Carrabelle, Pt. St. Joe and Apalachicola on Ol' Hwy 98. Just a thought for one day.
 Hopefully the others on the fence will know soon.

I hope it works out Jerry. You're far enough south that if you could leave on Thursday to get to Tallahassee you'd be able to enjoy the area more. Fingers crossed.

A great place to maybe eat one night Thursday or Friday is " Backwoods Crossing" just on the west side of I-10 less than a mile from Staybridge Inn.

Wow! That did not last long.    More show dates filled.  Why they keep booking so heavy in October long before everyone is back from the north is beyond me.

  I heard from Eddie= Cowboy today about 1pm and Jack Attack a little later that the hotel didn't have info on the stay.    Well I'm happy to say that The Staybridge Inn is now ready for calls for reservations. They will take your calls and have the info for our planned gathering. Just let them know you are with the Valkyrie group. Looking forward to seeing you all in Tallahassee.

Ok a few things to know, first , 1 king size bed in the room and a pull out couch. You can bring a pet but there is a $50 non refundable deposit. Rooms are under the "VALKYRIE MOTORCYCLE GROUP ".
Big question coming, is anybody bringing their significant other with the? Patti wanted to know.
