Ledney got the front cover chromed

So I bought a chrome front cover from China and the chrome wore off. So I decided to get the original front cover chromed. I finally received it back and its stunning, I cannot wait to put it on.

My personal preference is not to get the cover for the Wing since its much more elaborate and ornate and I just didn't like it.

Well replaced the front cover today and thought some would like to see whats under it and the difference.

I had to remove the upper cowl just above it and remembered someone had problems putting it back. I remembered having problems with it also and was going to write but couldn't remember what it hung up on. Well today had the problem that was mentioned.

It went almost all the way back in but couldn't quite catch. Turns out it hangs up on the brake line right under the center steering shaft. The center of the cover is pretty tall and if you slightly bend it in as you put it on there is no problem. The real pain also is connecting the crankshaft position sensor on top of the engine.

This is the inside of the engine and there is a coating on the inside of the engine for oil not to stick to it.
