I have a set of Viking Exhaust used. But did not come with the needle jets per the instructions. Does anyone know the manufacture of the needle Jets used from Viking Exhaust? Or is there another out there to replace them. Thanks

Cobra or Dynojet will work.

All three have different tapers different rates of taper than the OEM needles. The key to making them work is in the clips/grooves which allow them to be positioned so as to flow fuel at a rate which results in proper tuning/combutsion for the amount of applied throttle.

Cobra or Dynojet are richer than the FactoryPro needles I use with my vikings, major air box mods along with port/polish heads.

I recommend the Factory Pro needles.

Cobra or Dynojet will run rich pumping up the torque numbers but lowering the HP numbers.

Do you all know if any one of this brand are identical to the ones Viking used? Thx

I have always used Sudco and have been very pleased.

I had 38s for a long time, but on a rebuild I am in the middle of I decided to go back to 35s. TBR 6x6 and K&N made me go to 38s, but there was no noticeable gain other than a few less MPG. Getting the pilot screws dialed in and synced has been more impactful by far than the needle jets IMO.

I had all three brand needles and cobra, dyno and viking all were the same when I put them side by side. all richer than factory pro. the engine doesn't need to be running rich.
