Replacing the fork springs

Can any one tell me approximately how long I should plan to replace the fork springs on an I/S?
Are we talking 3, 6 or 8 hrs?

and will the Goldwing tool fit the Valkyrie for removal?

3 hours should do it, do not know about the Goldwing tool.

The fork seal driver is the same for Valks, Wings and VTX's. The left side nut remover? : I don't know.

Pardon the question here,

After the cap is removed, there is still another locking nut that holds the spring in place and can be removed with a metric socket?

I get it figured out one day.....
