C P A P lawsuit*

      I do have a Phillips CPAP that IS part of the recall. Just today I recieved a Totally unsoliceted E mail regarding a class action suit against certain CPAP manufacturers including Phillips. As far as I currently am aware of I have no side effects from the recalled NOT yet replaced machine. There IS an opt out at the bottom of the E mail. In case others may be interested in a class action suit here ya go.

        Personally at this point in time I see NO/NONE/NADA Reason to sue anyone. I could be Not Correct but we shall see what transpires.   RIDE SAFE.

While I am also in the recall for a Phillips CPAP, I received a similar email enticing me to join in on a lawsuit.   They make it sound like free money.   I declined.

I think I have one, but I haven't used it in 3+ years.... I don't even have a sleep doctor here.

What was the recall for ? And do you need a new machine ?

Gaskets or something in the machine can break down and the person using it could inhale potentially cancer causing debris is my understanding.   The FDA has given Phillips a year to get a fix out there, some machines will most likely be replaced, some may get fixed or modified.  

Like sands in the hour glass, so go the days of our lives.
