Carb Rejet

Currently running cobra 6x6 pipes and K/N air filter on 98 Tourer.  I think it's been rejetted with the Cobra jet kit.  Carbs need cleaned anyway so I'm planning to rejet with the Factory Pro jet kit.  But, it looks like it comes with only 4 needles.  I've seen something about jetting 2 of the cylinders differently than the other 4, but I haven't seen the details about that.  What are those details?  I've also seen some comments about ignoring that and rejetting all 6.  If so, where can I find the additional components to jet the other two carbs without buying an entire 2nd kit?
