1999 valkyrie interstate trailer hitch

Hello, I'm looking for plans for a trailer hitch for a 1999 Valkyrie Interstate.  I've seen this posted elsewhere but I'm unable to open the plans.

The bike came with a Unigo trailer and hitch, the hitch is bent and causes the trailer to ride tilted wearing out the tire. I would like to replace the hitch with something a little more robust.

Hitchdoc makes the best hitch for a Valk. Also, one of our members made them as well. You can't get better than a chrome Hitchdoc.

I thought the unigo trailers had a different hitch. Not a trailer ball or receiver hitch ?

Yes they have a special connector but you still need a hitch to mount it on

the unigo doesn't use a ball, it has a special receiver for the trailer but you can buy an adapter. my issue was that the hitch framework was damaged so the receiver was angled instead of vertical causing the trailer to ride at an angle. 
i'm more concerned with strength than appearance and was hoping to build my own if anyone had plans.

Hmm.  Without seeing it, I'd bet a dollar to a donut any metalworker could bend it back then add welded reinforcement so it doesn't happen again. Assuming it's not mangled beyond repair.  Pretty sure I could do that if you were local, for a nominal fee.  As for me, I use a Hitchdoc.  Yeah I know, not a Unigo but it is quite sturdy as well as good looking.  Mine has a custom swivel hitch so I can ride the twisties aggressively.
