Bolt length for saddlebags & Hitch?

Need to do the nut/cage mod and remove the stripped/unavailable nut on my fenders. Looking to see if anyone knows what size/length bolts I need to properly accommodate the saddlebags + spacer + the hitch doc chrome hitch.... Thanks

You might want to contact Hitch Doc, they will sell you a mounting kit for their hitch.
