I bought a pair on ebay that didnt fit and a pair from Cruiserworks that didnt fit and I was wondering if anyone had a pair of size 10 medium Short zip or Tour boots I could try on in the NY/ NJ area? (with clean socks of course :-) ) Im tired of spending money on shipping charges...

Hey Andy...12's here...and I am looking for new boots too...I have to find a place that sells them and try them on...

Have you gotten any wind in your face this year?

You guys may want to check out Hermans's Boots at Wal-Mart. Had a pair of Cruiser Works and they were great when riding but otherwise not very comfortable and for the kind of money they cost they should be comfortable. They finaly wore out at DOTS, went to the local Wal-Mart and found the Herman's, which cost around $35, and have been a fan ever since. Comfortable on or off the bike, keep feet dry, good support and they are recommended by our resident explosives guy --- The Detn8ter!

No I havent been on the road all winter due to the spine surgery in December..I have a neck brace on till mid March

Just a quick update ... the boots are Herman's Survivors, your basic black boot.

I read some horrid reviews on the Herman Survivor  saying the soles fall off and Walmart wont back the product?!

I have nothing but praise for the Herman Survivors. No problems with the sole, except wearing it out. Bought my first pair in the fall of 2006 and replaced them in the spring of 2009 ... with another pair.

I have 2 pair of tourmaster NIB size 11 in the classifieds if anyone is interested.. REAL COMFY BOOTS
