Mountain Mania II---2022 (September 23, 24, & 25th)
Will be once again held at the Days Inn located at:
54 US-441
Clayton, Ga 30525
which is located in the beautiful northeast Georgia mountains.
To reserve your rooms, you'll need to call
706-801-4051 then press 2. I suggest speaking with Carol at the front desk as she is who helped me set up the rooms and the rates.

I spoke with Carol today and reserved 15 rooms for now.  Our group rate is $80+ tax for non smoking rooms with 2 queen beds.
When you call to reserve your rooms, tell them that you're with the "VRCC group ride".
Once you make your reservation,  please respond in the Southern Valkyrie Riders post and let me know so that I can get an accurate count of how many to expect and if more rooms are needed.
Arrive and check in on Friday (23rd) and check out and depart on Sunday (25th).

Organizers that "limit" their Group Rides / Events announcement to Social Media "purposely limit" who participates.




Kudos to you for this advance notice, sure wish I could make it.  Those mountains are one place I'd really like to ride. Credit Britman (Paul) for his many Ride-shares back when he lived there. I lived vicariously through his ride reports. /jealous, even though I live on a mountain now/

This is a really fun event and some really good people will come.   I highly encourage all who can to consider it.   Jason and Amber put the effort/work in to a very good get together.   Wish'n I could attend this year (last year was a wonderful time) but, life has put some obstacles in the way and it's unlikely I can make this one.

Appreciate the kind words.
Some things you just can't contol.  Son decide to impregnate his wife, baby due next week and daughter decided to get hitched next month.   Money going out faster than it's coming in.

It's all about priorties, not what I would like to do (unfortunately). 
Actually, I'm really looking forward to both events. 
Regardless, I highly encourage anyone considering this event to make the effort to be there.   It's a good time!!

Hopefully next year I will remember this ride and save some vacation time.

There's numerous waterfalls in the area, sometimes more water coming over than other times...
I bet that is it...
