Windshield change of angle

I have a slightly taller windshield on my 2000 I/S, but I still (used to) look over it.  Over the summer we replaced the steering head bearings, so the full fairing came off.  We also did fork seals/springs/etc., and the mods I made then raised the front end a bit.
Now when I'm riding, the edge of the windshield is in my line of sight and is causing a problem.  I see three possibilities:

• I've gotten shorter.
• The front suspension work raised the front end so much that the the windscreen is higher relative to the seat and it's changed geometry that way
• When we put the fairing back on, we inadvertantly adjusted something.

I don't think #1 is probable.
#2 seems unlikely that it changed things that much, but it's possible.
I don't think there are that many adjustments in the fairing mounting brackets.

What do ya'll think?

Strange, maybe too much fork oil? Or maybe the new springs just need to be broke in? I had new progressive springs and the fork seals changed on my I/S in May and I haven't noticed any difference in the windshield height?
