One of my winter projects is to check/adjust valves on my 2000. I have not done this as it isn't noisy or creating any problems it just it has never been done. Question is are  any replaceables required IE. gaskets seals ect?

No consumables listed or required (unless you encounter some problem that takes you further into the motor).
