Swing arm on the wonk

Me again fellas!

Just put the rear wheel back in and to my horror saw that the Axel holes don't line up for the Axel! 
Seems like the none drive side is about 10mm higher than the drive side almost like the none drive arm is slightly bent up...!  Is this normal?

It was pretty easy to gently push on none drive arm to push the Axel through, but it got me thinking, I should this be the case???

No this is not normal. Was your bike ever in an accident?

Are your 4 final drive nuts loose?  They should be loose until you torque the axle nut.  Right side shock should be loose as well.

Well done Skinhead!

It was the loose 4 x bolts, with the weight of everything, it moved the Axel up!!
