I stay at the  International college in Rapid City. Rooms are pretty reasonable . Hoping to have my son on my 2nd valk

We stay at Rush-no-more campground, exit 35. Keep in touch and I'm sure we will hook up. We spend the days riding and the nights at One-Eyed Jacks

and even later at the Dungeon.

I am contemplating along with another Valk owner here in Boise. Trying to make the schedules work.

i will be there with 5 buddies,2 valks,1 vtx, 1 custom chopper(hes trailering of coarse)and 1 hardley ridenson. We are staying in Deadwood,would love to meet up with some more valks

Have to make a choice:
Attend Def Con (an über geek thingie) in Vegas or  goto Sturgis this year.
Would be my first time at Sturgis, frankly the first time I have a scooter worthy to take.
Any suggestions for a first timer?

I went the week before last year and plan on doing the same this year.  If you want to avoid the crowds, this is a great time to go.  Great area to ride in and no waiting when you stop for food.

Stayed in Hill City, at the Lantern Inn.  Great mom/pop hotel. Charlie and Janet treat you like
family.

Don't know what Def Con is but bikes, babes, and beers do it for me.

Like Popeye said, bikes, babes, and beer- or whiskey in my case. 

You can do everything in Vegas as you can in and around Sturgis. Better riding tho!

Suggestions for a 1st timer? Hmmmm.... Ride all day and drink all night. Find sleep in there somewhere!  E-mail me tho if your intersted. Havent been there as much as some of the guys here, only 5x, but I can give you alot of tips for riding, cops, and misc.
