We watched it a couple weeks ago.  It's good.  Not Forrest Gump good, but worth the time.

The original story comes from a Swedish book titled "A Man Called Ove".  Then came a movie in Swedish and subtitled, if I remember correctly.  Then the Hanks movie.  As always, the book was the best.

A good story, and one all of us "get off my lawn" types can relate to.  I like Tom Hanks as an actor, I just wish he would keep his politics to himself.  I don't need the Hollywierd elite telling me what is good for our country.  They live in a fantasy world.

I would still watch his movies even if political sides disagree. 

Another good one besides a Man Called OTTO, is with Jennifer Lopez called THE MOTHER.   She kicks butt in that movie and takes no prisoners, very good shot military trained and all......  Not liking her music, but she is not a half bad actor for sure.
