i have ran all kinds of tires on the  front of my trike. the cobra trike tire worked great but for over 200 dollars i just couldn't see the price. i have had good results using a shinko 230 tour master on the front. i normally bought the rear tire that compared to the same size as the stock tire. reason being a rear tire has more thread depth.
stay away from using a radial front tire, they are to hard in my opinion and don't grip as good as a bias in the turns.
