Direct Line Parts

Those who were at the wrench party Saturday know that JC was kind enough to make a parts run for us.  Joe had ordered the parts he needed from Direct Line on Thursday. Called to make sure the parts were in stock and could be shipped overnight so they would arrive on Friday for the Saturday party.  He paid $40 for overnight shipping.  Obviously the parts did not arrive on Friday or even on Saturday.  They were not shipped when they said they would be. They arrived yesterday (Monday). A call to them and they acknowleged their mistake.  While I am irritated that they did not ship the parts when they said, I am pleased that they did the right thing and refunded the overnight shipping.  I have no connection to these folks whatsoever but I wanted to give them cudos for doing the right thing.
