Will the oem seats off a 99 Valk Tourer fit my 01 Standard?

Yes.  The seats are pretty much the same...due to the same size tank.  On the IS, the tank is larger so the Tourer/Standard seat will not fit.  You can put the I/S seat on a Tourer/Standard, but you will have a gap at the tank.

Howdy Zep...

I ditched the ugly cracked worn-out Corbin seat that was on my tourer when I got it for a
like-new set of 1st generation (99 Valk seats are 1st generation I'm pretty sure) seats...

They sure looked good, a whole lot better than the worn out Corbins...

In retrospect, I should have kept the Corbins, or sat on the bare frame rails, or....

f I was you, I'd looke for a set of seats off a 2000-2003.  Honda improved the seat in 2000 and they're a lot better than the seats off 97/98/99s.
