Intake Mainifold O-rings

When you need to put in new o-rings in the intake manifolds do you need to replace the "carburetor insulators" too ? or the o-rings on the "air injection pipes" ?

I didn't...the boots on my bike looked good.  If your boots are cracked, then you need to change them to make sure your bike is running right.

I had the same experience as Joe. I changed mine out last fall on my 99 I/S due to one leaking and everything else was in great shape so I reused it.

I found on my IS that the engine side of the manifold was not flat. Used a flat cast iron table and a sheet of wet and dry sand paper to true them up and replaced the O rings and that has corrected it for twice as many miles as it had at the time of replacing the O rings.

Good catch. How much out of straight/flat was it??
